New Year's Eve in Poland! :)

Hey Everyone! Thanks for every words that's big support for me, so I love you! :) Today I want say about New Year's Eve in my place because the 2014 is finishing now! That was lovely time for me! I did a lot of funny things with my friends. That was a year when everybody did 18th birthday party (that means the same like 16th in USA)! So was a lot of funny situation and spent time lovely with friends. My 18th birthday party will be in this Saturday so for sure I'll talk about this more later. That will be crazy.... Oh I can't wait for that! But focus Sav, focus....

In Poland we celebrate New Yera's Eve like everyone in the world. We are going on the big party with hundreds people or we spent time with a few friends. Of course we don't miss champagne for the first secound of New Year. Everyone very celebrate this day because that's another reasons to drink a lot. :D Obviously we can't celebrate without fireworks. I really like watch how light up the sky. That's magic moments! Yes.. Yes.. naturally we have this resolves on the new year which nobody do... ;) 

One year is finish but another coming! So forget every bad things and try to the next year will better! I know that you can do this! Don't give up be happy and possitive and your dream can true!

Easy Chocolate Muffins- Cooking Monday!

Hello! Welcome in my first really post. One of the regular post on the blog will be Cooking Monday. Easy and great recipe always in the Monday? Why not!
One of my passion is cooking! I really can watch all day people in TV whose cooking that modern couisine or easy and fast dish. I come to you guys with very easy recipe for muffins. Everything you can do in 20 minutes but that's so yummy! I can eat that all day... That dissolved chocolate inside, fluffy cake and yummy icing! I love this! I found recipe on web but this's from Nigella Lawson. So that couldn't be bad recipe. Let's start bake! :)

Everything what you need:

• 1 and 3/4 cups flour
• 2 tablespoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 teaspoon cocoa
• 3/4 cup icing sugar
• 1 chocolate 
• 1 cup milk
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  Everything put to the bowl. Stir and put to the molds on the muffins. Bake in the 180ºC on the 10-15 minutes or to the dimming muffins. 

For icing you need:

• 4 tablespoons icing sugar
• 1 tablespoon cocoa
• 1/3 cube of margarine
• 1 tablespoon water

Put everything to the pot and cook to when margarine and everything connect. Set aside for 2-3 minutes and pour on the muffins. You can decorate this everything what you want for example coconut.

And that's everything! Yummy and easy muffins that's what you need bake right now! :) I hope so you like post like this.

First day on the internet life! Why I'm here? I love my passion and I want share with you my life! Another boring blog? No way! Just look on the blog topic! :)

Hello on my first blogpost! Maybe on the start I should say something about me. I'm 18 years old girl from Poland with a lot of passion. I really want to talking with you about that so I created this blog. One of my hobby is reading the books so I will write about a lot of time. (Winter=perfect time to reading books!) I hope so you'll inspire me to do all this stuff and you must say to me what I did wrong. Of course my english isn't perfect but I hope so you understand me. ;)

In Poland is lovely winter now. So it's perfect time to sit on the bed, drink hot chocolate and read the books! I really love time when I don't have go outside and spend time like I said before. Unfortunately the favourite days in the years- Christmas time- is over.  I love that magic day of the year when all my family sit next to the table and we ate traditional christmas eve dish. And the next 2 days when we can eat that all cakes, cookies, salad and another yummmy things! :)

Ohh... lovely... But I shouldn't wanna talking about this! So, I hope so you'll spend here interesting time and we'll see very soon! Byeeee :)
